massive thumbs up today the 30.10.2021. first order we received was slightly wrong, on arrival back to the restaurant staff could not of been more helpful. as a gesture of goodwill they also.popped 3 extra bag fries, 3 gravy a large popcorn chicken and changed all drinks to large such a lovely act of kindness. thankyou for a 5 star service and food was delicious well be back
Every now and then you get a good experience at KFC, last week was one of the best KFCs I've had in a long time. My usual order is a fillet tower burger and I tend to find other branches smother it with too much ketchup however this branch didn't. A pleasant all round experience.
Hartlepool is hosting the tall ships event this weekend and everywhere is crazy busy! Staff worked together well, looked after me well when I messed up my order and both the veggie and the fried chicken were top notch. KFC made exactly as it should be and a restful looked-after feeling while we recharged. Well done!
